How do we work?

The first stage of interaction with the patient is their contact with us.

Next, we ask the patient to provide all the latest medical documents for our review.

The doctor of the international department in Israel carefully gets acquainted with the history of the disease and it`s dynamics, the methods of treatment and etc.
Then we prepare a personal medical plan that includes diagnostics and possible treatment options, and select treating doctors based on the patient’s disease and its course.

We send the cost of the medical program and detailed resumes of specialists.

After all approvals with the patient we make booking queues for consultations and initial procedures, as well as preparing an invitation from the Clinic.

Our services also include logistics support, such as assistance in booking air tickets, accommodation near the clinic or on its territory, and ordering a transfer.

Upon arrival at the Medical Center, a patient is assigned a personal curator who accompanies to all laboratories, consultations, and is also a personal translator.

An important feature of our service is that we are ready to answer patient’s requests 24/7 and provide assistance in organizing their arrival in the shortest possible time.
